weight loss is a big issue for everyone and many people trying to lose weight.Here i Will provide some tips to loose weight as quickly.


1. Do yoga everyday because i believed that yoga is a best excercise to lose weight,and it can helps to lose tummy fat easily.


2. Proper diet and simple exercise which should be easily done in our day to day life like walking, cycling, avoid lift go by stairs. And main drink plenty of water will definitely help you to lose weight.


3. Avoid eating outside,and eat fruits and less fatty vegetables.Avoid on eating oily and fatty foods.Increasing fiber intake by eating more fruits and vegetables has three advantages in a quick weight loss diet plan. One, it fills up tummy space meant initially for carbohydrates. In this way, ghrelin level will be lower, leading to better fat utilization again. Two, the minerals and nutrients that are abundantly found in fruits and vegetables actually improves digestion and other bodily functions which will help weight loss. Thirdly, fruits and vegetables contain much less calories than most fruit groups thus lowering the possibility of fat accumulation in the body system.


4. Not getting enough sleep or a sleeping too late has a negative impact on your health. Our body clocks have been evolved to work in the day and sleep at night and messing around with the body rhythm will only increase your health woes.


Not sleeping can make you gain weight as the hormone ghrelin is released at night that regulates your appetite, making you eat more. Other than that your body is unable to do its wear and tear, making you feel tired and your immune system suffers damage as the body does not get time to repair and maintain the body. Also, your body releases Cortisol, the stress hormone to deal with the task of staying awake at night making you jittery.


5.Daily Complete your dinner before 7 PM and sleep after two hours.

    Thank you for sharing these tips... you have right with them! They were also told by my personal trainer from a weight loss training program, which I've recently started.
    Everything is okay until now and I love to do different kind of exercises daily, especially that I will lose my extra pounds this way.
