Natural Steps to rectify the eyeSight problems:
1. Clean your eyes daily in the morning with a little hot water.
2. Take healthy diet especially for eyes like LEAFY VEGTABLES, atleast thrice in a week. If you are suffering from eye sight then its better to take daily once.
3. Sleep at least 6 to 7 hours daily.
4. drink at least 5 litres of water daily.
5. Reduce your stress and strain by doing yoga, i will explain some tips to reduce strain on your eyes.

a) sit on a floor like padmasanam, close your eyes and take deep breath and say omeeeeeeeeeeee for 20 times.
6. eyeorgan exercises are most important to reduce stress on your eyes and also those are useful to cure your poor eyesight.
